All of the flours, bran and mixes are packed in heavy plastic barrier bags
and flushed with nitrogen to preserve freshness.  They are produced from
grains grown without chemical sprays or fertilizers, and contain no
preservatives. The mixes contain commercial buttermilk powder.

We enclose the  plastic bags in cardboard boxes, with up to 50 lbs. in
each box.
